Order & Payment Policy
Made-to-Order Only: We do not carry ready-to-wear or in-stock inventory. Every garment is crafted exclusively upon request.
Payment Method: We currently accept payments exclusively via Direct Bank Transfer.
Advance Payment Requirement: To confirm and initiate your order, an advance payment is required. Our team will provide you with our official bank account details during the order placement process. Your order will only be moved to the production phase once the transfer is verified.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
No Returns or Exchanges: Because every piece is custom-designed and tailored specifically to your individual requirements, we maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy. All sales are final.
No Cancellations: Once an order is placed and the advance payment is made, the order cannot be canceled.
Non-Refundable Advance: Upon receiving your advance payment, the funds are immediately allocated toward the costing and sourcing of premium fabrics, as well as reserving the artisans’ time for your design. Because these costs are incurred immediately, all advance payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Variable Delivery Timelines: We dedicate meticulous care to every stitch. Therefore, delivery timelines are not fixed and depend entirely on the complexity of the designing, handwork, and detailing required for your specific garment. Our team will provide you with an estimated delivery date once your design requirements are finalized and the order is confirmed.
Complimentary Shipping: Once your bespoke outfit has passed our final quality checks, it will be securely packaged and shipped directly to your doorstep with free shipping.
Dispatch Notification: You will be notified with tracking details as soon as your garment leaves our design studio.
Sizing & Customization
Measurement Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing or custom measurements at the time of the order. Because the garment is crafted exactly to the specifications provided, we cannot be held responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
Defects or Errors: In the highly unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or a tailoring error on our part that deviates from your provided measurements, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
